Draft — requires attorney review. This page describes the intended arrangement and current implementation. It is not an attorney-approved agreement. Last updated September 17, 2026.
This draft describes the current Callvero website and service. “Callvero” refers to the service operator. Before commercial onboarding, the operator’s legal identity, address, applicable jurisdictions and final policy need to be confirmed in the service agreement.
Information we collect
Our forms collect the details you submit, such as your name, email, phone, company, service needs and preferred contact method. We record the form’s page, source and campaign attribution when provided. Workspaces may contain business settings, customer contact details, call transcripts and summaries, appointments, and amounts entered by a business.
Why we use it
We use inquiry details to respond to the request, evaluate product fit and arrange a demo or pilot. Authorized Callvero staff manage these inquiries privately, and our email provider delivers internal inquiry notifications when configured. We use workspace information to provide the configured service. Submitting a request is not consent to marketing texts.
Providers and sharing
Infrastructure providers process data needed to operate the website. When a business connects calling, scheduling, messaging, CRM or billing services, relevant information is shared with those providers for that workflow. See the provider overview. We do not sell form submissions.
Storage and retention
Form requests are stored in Callvero’s database until reviewed and removed by the operator. Lost or not-fit inquiries may be archived under an operator-configured policy. Archiving does not delete the record; requests are not automatically deleted. Call recording and provider retention settings depend on the business’s configuration; removing a Callvero record does not necessarily remove copies held by a connected provider.
Browser data and analytics
The app uses browser storage for interface preferences, including theme. Sign-in may use necessary authentication cookies. The marketing pages emit local interaction hooks, but no third-party marketing analytics or advertising tracker is connected by this release. The hooks respect the browser’s Do Not Track setting. Spam controls store hashed rate-limit identifiers and temporarily retain request counts.
Your requests
Use the contact page to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity. For information held by a business using Callvero, contact that business first; it controls its customer relationship.
Updates
This policy will be finalized and updated as the service and its legal details are confirmed. Material changes should be communicated before they apply to an active customer agreement.
